What warranty and insurance do you carry?

Every project carries $5M general liability, WSIB clearance and a written 10-year workmanship warranty. All insurance and WSIB documents are shared at contract signing.

How do payments work on a masonry project?

Contracts are fixed-price with a 5-stage draw schedule tied to scaffold, structural work, finishing, pointing and final sign-off. There are no change orders without your written approval.
